A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Our Liability 

Nguuni Nature Sanctuary is a natural bush environment which has inherent dangers including, but not limited to, uneven terrain and the possibility of encountering free-roaming animals and wildlife including ticks. 

The guest consents to the risks inherent in wildlife sanctuaries and warrants that he/she is aware of such risks and undertakes our services with full knowledge and appreciation thereof and at his/her own risk. 

It is an express condition of your entry to the Sanctuary that you hereby release waive and discharge Nguuni Nature Sanctuary and its officers, employees and volunteers, of and from all liability, claims, or demands for all injuries, losses, damages, of any kind or nature, to your person or property, or to that of any minor under your supervision while on Nguuni property. 

Code of Behaviour

You must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings given by the staff without objection. 

You must not behave in a way that disrupts the safety or enjoyment of other persons on any part of the premises. Offensive, irresponsible or unsafe behaviour, theft or vandalism, will not be tolerated. 

Smoking is prohibited on the premises.

Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times on the premises.
